I can see someone wanting to move from the hardware side of the IT industry to the software side. But aligning oneself with a 20+ years old company that, to my knowledge, has never had a profitable year and barely has more sales than a corner lemonade stand seems very odd.
Kay knows how to sweet talk, but a seasoned salesperson should be more savvy that the typical OTC investor.
