HYPOTHETICAL QUESTION: Is it up to the CEO of a company to attempt to stop illegal manipulation of its PPS, causing downward spiralling on a constant daily basis, and does this steady (2-Yr) pattern of downward PPS discourage both retail & instutitional investors from purchasing Shares in the Company, & thus hamper financial growth that would otherwise help sustain its clinical work?~ not to mention such manipulation would deter big pharmas from partnering with the company as they may be leery of aligning themselves with such negative activity?
