I agree with your analysis. With MDCO the long protracted down timeline from 2017-2019 was driven by the doubters concerning the success of the Orion-10 Trail (inclisiran). That trial didn't finish up until late Sept. 2019. In our case we don't have to contend with the science per se, but with EU reimbursements. Once those are settled then things should really start moving.
