how does this benefit shareholders?

We all already know the app was always a piece of garbage, and it hasn't been updated in 7 years, and i'd be surprised if Greg Halpern even had access to the source code after all this time.

Based on his websites, Greg Halpern's technical skills are clearly at the "two-fingered typing" level.

Even if the moldy oldy, crappy appy from MAXD were "produced" it doesn't prove anything we didn't already know, and obviously it will never make MAXD any money.

The MAXD shareholders should just file a motion compelling Greg “GH” Halpern to produce the MAXD app for inspection by the plaintiff’s lawyers and the court.

Include a demonstration to the court.
