Interesting “spin” on a statement.
Auditors are always slow and including EOY 2022 while keeping up communication with shareholders while the ticker is largely untradable is the sign of a active CEO IMO.
This company has projects in the works! ANY person who can use google can see that… clear ties to several project in different stages of development and the own the development right (projects likely in the works) of one of the most iconic series of all times.
Small delays happen.

The share structure of MIKP (pre cov**) would be bad. Since (cov**) it is a pretty good share structure! IMO!

I am waiting to see if 2020 is included.

He is acting like 2022 is an additional effort, which implies that the 2-years they were working on are 2020 & 2021. If 2020 is not included, then this announcement is BS as it was part of the audit all along.
