I agree Ex, but I believe that most hospitals have this capability, or could establish it without too much difficulty. I don't know if other ways are available of getting the lysate if you're doing it at the site the tumor is removed, but regardless, I think most hospitals have cryogenic capabilities.

I know shipping cryogenically isn't that complicated either, but how much simpler would things be if the vaccine was made right at the site, or at least in the city, where the tumor was surgically removed. If we're correct about our vaccine working in many solid cancers we'll possibly be looking at millions of vials of vaccine being made annually, it would certainly be far easier if most of it was made at or near the surgery site.
