I know some think they know what they’re talking about here, but that in fact is not what they needed to do, and in fact, they seem to be going about this in exactly the manner that makes the most sense. It’s very easy from an armchair to presume others are dumb and we know better. Anyone with real experience in something complex, not something maybe less complex, would know otherwise. It is easy to convince oneself that one can do anything better than others, if one really has no appreciation for complexity and one’s own limitations.

No, CRL is not experienced in making this at the commercial level and NWBO already has a facility to do that and actually IS getting it licensed for commercial manufacturing. There is no reason to presume CRL would do it faster or faster and at the same cost.

But anyone’s assumption that that they know better because they have some entrepreneurial experience or have run other companies, and without any of the direct knowledge or understanding of this particular situation, of an exceedingly technical product at this level of complexity, they think, hey, I can do better than this little lady… that’s just not a reasonable thing to say, at the least. I won’t go deeper into it, or say what I really think, but it is about as ridiculous as ridiculous can get.

And you think that having an approved product for this deadly disease and not being able to meet the demand we know will be tremendous is the way to go to market? Can you imagine how the shorts would leverage that? They would be saying “yeah the product works, but they can manufacture to scale and therefore it is not commercially viable”.

And of course patients and oncologists would be hugely disappointed if something that could help them could not be made for them when needed. I think Linda is doing this right and I give her credit for having the fortitude to hang in there while everyone else tells her she’s doing a bad job and not meeting their expectations.

An armchair quarterback can throw 8-10 touchdowns every NFL game. It's so easy!
