I wouldn't say they are intentionally concealing anything. What we are seeing are the effects of their incompetence.

GMA13, they concealed it by not being forthcoming by announcing it in a PR. They hid it behind the cloak of SEC filings (which they must file by law). They clearly don't give a crap about the SH. SH are just a necessary nuisance to them. SH are a a tool to raise crash to finance their bonuses and salaries. On the other hand... maybe they will soon announce success with a major initiative to save the PPS from a free fall.
