Investors know what happens when he has shares to dole out while not having any assets and money coming in and not being able to pay HPNN obligations.
Peter should immediately amend his financial disclosure to include the almost- $9 million he owes (more than the HPNN market cap) to just one person. He was served the papers and had to appear to explain all his assets/finances in a California-assisted attempt (debtor exam) to recover the HPNN liability.
