Good Ole Wes. He doesn't tweet or even know Petey tweeted him.
He is just worried HPNN is projected to be at $0.0001. He added another 3 billion to the share authorization. Investors know what happens when he has shares to dole out while not having any assets and money coming in and not being able to pay HPNN obligations.
