From what Nowwhat consistently posts, it is neither guaranteeing anything or recommending anything. He simply posts charts of history. Therefore, no advice or guarantees of future results. However, he/she does point out with the use of lines here and there, that some trends may bounce one way or another off these trend lines but never posts that directly.
I find them interesting but haven't studied charting enough to get useful predictions from them.
