Having worked with multiple RAs for many years the RAs go by the book and any front-run PR would have negative feedback, IMPO.

The good news for NWBO with respect to the RAs this that NWBO and their manufacturing partnerships have been diligent regarding the use of advanced automation manufacturing process. In general, RAs are very impressed when a manufacturing company that can illustrate their advanced manufacturing capabilities. Advanced automation processes have the ability to prove that they are capable of implementing more advanced statistical methods to identify manufacturing defects and correct them on the fly. The RAs support the advanced manufacturing processes since they tend to insure a more accurate method to for producing higher quality products. NWBO has spent considerable time and effort to work with their manufacturing partners and the RAs are fully aware of this, IMPO.
