Yes he tweeted so once, but he probably bought them after the RM WAS EFFECTIVE but where is the form 13g since it is a requirement to file one when owing more than 5%.

He owned the entire shell prior to this. He probably just carved out a position for himself as a condition of the sale. Didn't need to be bought.
