There are issues. Sure. And over the years, the regs have changed to address the bigger ones.

But not the “naked shorty” BS. A lot has happened in the last 15 years with changes to RegSho and the implementation of Rule 201.

Shitty companies with shitty CEO’s use it as an excuse to blame anything else than their own shitty performance.
