ORBAPU, I'm certain Denner understands the issues that AMRN
has. My hope is that he has a better understanding of how best to
"fix" those issues. Denner also placed his own money on the line.
My guess and it is only a well reasoned guess is that Denner knows
the best fix of AMRN is a BP BO of the company. If that is the case
the question (if he wins) is can he deliver an acceptable deal. I believe
the odds of a BP BO are far better with Denner in control of the BOD
than PWO/KM. That's it in a nutshell.
