zip, it's pure ego. Pdude and others have their opinion and that's fine. The problem specific to Pdude is he has no respect for those taking the other side. Fundamentally, you are correct. It's a fools errand to continue gia. If management actually had any intention to sell the company, they would have welcomed some of Denner's picks. The claim they are not qualified is ridiculous. The fact that they would be reporting to Denner is good enough. I mean what can they be arguing? Denner has no experience selling for top dollar to a BP? The fact is each board member brings a different skill set. Denner has a needed skill from our viewpoint, get the company sold. They didn't need him to negotiate the EU. They have those guys already. The problem is he doesn't have the goal of gia and that's why they don't want him there.

Agreed, current management and BOD has no skin in the game, they would prefer to just keep going on the same path, enriching themselves with free shares, hoping things turn around in Europe. If not, so what they already milked the starving cow if it dies they just eat steak and move on. The arrogance they show continuing to think they can make this company grow with one drug in a market that continues to evaporate daily is beyond astonishing. I am all in with Denner as it is the only hope, in my opinion, to get any return on this investment. I have been here 11 years and I am beyond exhausted.
