Imo, No. The SEC cannot announce that it’s working on a suspension.

As of 9/30/22, there are proposed actions STILL pending FINRA approval. If I missed approval, please let me know.

I see they’ve recognized No revenue during the nine months period ended September 30, 2022 or 2021 and had no revenue generating activities during this period.
