Well so far latest 10-q is reasonable and doesn't promise anything special nor does it claim anything special...so even if CFO has a mark against him, the filings seem to be in order...so if SEC is investigating ATYG, then this latest filing proves any wrong doing is unsubstantiated...NO??? Unless insiders are selling w/o filing...we'll see after R/S is completed in the future...current spread is .0001/.0002 no volume per se...just an empty shell waiting for merger...
