So in other words you got nothing not one single shred of evidence or proof LOL!! You all have share’s because your stuck with them forever. There is no way to ever part with or be laid for those shares legally. With all of the creditors impaired shareholders are out of luck. Nothing will ever change as nobody would ever buy a shell with ZERO Assets and $60 plus mil of old debt to be paid off. I mean why would they with nothing to be bad in return.
So explain to me how it is shareholders would ever get paid ?
Since you can never do anything with the shares the logic of somebody wanting them is ridiculous Only a complete rookie would think the way shareholder’s do as any intelligent human being already knows this ended when the liquidation was approved but then legitimately when the monitor was discharged

No one has made anyone an offer for shares that can't be traded even on the lowly OTC. Call your broker and ask if you can sell the worthless shares after he stops laughing he will tell you that would be impossible.

How would you sell them - the TA isn't going to issue a cert and no broker is going to deposit a cert that isn't trading or has a suspended CUSIP number.

But it was a beautiful pinkyland fantasy story.

Why would anyone want your worthless shares? No company in the SISP or the Liquidation wanted them so why would anyone here lol. Let’s not forget the fact that they can’t legally be given or sold to anyone ever.
