That was your statement.

In the post you were answering it was suggested 1 share for every hundred. So if you had 100 shares prior you would now own 101 after the dividend. So with your statement the the 100 shares owned could be traded but you have to hang onto the “1” share. You have screwed up logic. You could trade the 1 share out of the 100 you owned prior.
