1 special dividend share per 100 share common holder , we gave Lp and Co everything they wanted this is a nice jester to all shareholders and will root out naked shares , allow appreciation of share price, up list , finance and higher prices , big win for everyone

Stock dividends change nothing. If there were 100 non delivered shares out before the dividend, there would be just be 101 out after the dividend.

Any old longs here remember all the hype about LGIQ (then WEYL) about how their special distribution of non public stock would expose the shorts and force a massive short squeeze?

Well, that did not play out so well.
