Amarin's moment to GIA has passed...J.T. eventually came to realize this...Apparently PWO and KM have NOT.

If you still want Amarin to GIA, vote for PWO...If you don't, vote for Denner.

If Amarin had 3 billion in cash today, instead of 300 million, I, also, might want Amarin to GIA.

You also have to consider that you are looking at Denner's holdings on the heels of the worst Biotech bear market in history.

I agree I was just surprised at his losses on the first page I am 100% behind him. I also thought what if he looks for a partnership with some of the there stock as compensation for the sale ?

The plan makes sense.

The question is whether he is a catalyst for the way up?

If so he has to have something to work with.

Does Amarin have such a situation that he can inspire a rise?

I guess he must think so.

Are reimbursement decisions from the remaining large EU countries considered " material events " ...and required to be disclosed to shareholders within 3 days ? ( The 3 days is just from memory )

I'm speculating that if France as example agrees to reimburse at 5 euros a day ...KM would want this announced before the proxy vote was held .
If France declines to reimburse then he'll want to bury that info until after the vote .

Any opinions on that ?
The reimbursement decisions IMHO are over due and will be way overdue by the end of Feb

Do AMRN and V complement any of Denner's current holdings? Would a merger with one of those companies make any sense? I looked at Alermes once, did not look like a match. Plan to look at the list that Sleven provided. However, would have to be very obvious for me to pick up on it.
