The 8K released yesterday is very vague, I think they realized they do not have enough shares to dilute to make 10 million dollars.

Pretty much Henry needs to get this loan closed ASAP, or he will lose the TTG deal. Also no word on Kota, is this deal still alive?


Or are all the cookies crumbling? And Henry is resorting to his old self.

I think he needs to be open and direct with investors and let us know what the he!! Is going on.
