Yes. So why do so many people, including the author, not call it "jus"? The "au" makes no sense, unless "with" is part of the message you want to convey.

I bought a Thermopen (different model that yours) and used it maybe once a week. Within a year or two it was dead and I tossed it. Disappointing.

I then bought another less expensive brand on Amazon and it also crapped out after about a year (changed the battery, but it would still go into a funk). I contacted the company and they sent me a replacement, which has been going strong for several years now.
