It’s either Denner saves the company and manages to restore value (I don’t care how he does that or what his plan is) or we continue watching our investment circle the drain into delisting and total collapse as we have been the last couple years.
Without Denner’s investment we’d already be delisted and closing in on shutting off the lights.
JRoon, Dr. Denner has not given any details about a plan. At this point he has offered criticism, but not an explanation of what he would do differently. I intend to vote against retaining PWO as COB. I do not intend to vote for an additional 7 board members. Sleven,
"What specifically is Denner going to do to change that?"
JRoon71- we are flying completely blind supporting Denner. I have no idea what motivated a very successful activist investor to make such a large investment into a company in tremendous existential peril. Yet he did. When things have gotten even more dire, his response has been to double down. He obviously has a pathway forward to reclaim a portion of the value of Vascepa. How much of that value seems to be the only thing separating our points of view. The details of that path forward have little interest to me as a passive investor in the company. I just believe that the days of being patient and assuming that the current path forward will one day reward my support are over.
