I had a friend of mine who was a very smart business man. He owned his own company.
He would always release his PR at 7 thirty AM. Not while the market was trading.
That was good enough for me to be of the opinion that you can get a great move in a stock whether you do it during trading hours or after.

His company stock went from .50 to 23.00 dollars.
