Wasn’t trying to spin good or bad. The deal is already done. Artizen is a well run machine. Period. Solid top to bottom. Their products are well regarded.
I’m curious as to the fate of PVSP. Yes, they’ll hold 85%, but what is the breakdown of the 85%?
What portion of the 85% are held by original mgmt of PVSP (pre-Artizen) and debt holders / originators?
What affiliate agreements will be put in place between the two pubcos?
My personal hope is the founders/operators of Artizen/Zen make up the majority of that 85% block ??????.
That is kinda the mysterious black box.
