February 28 2022, sbes , the company , thru caren currier, consultant, listed thru filings 1,118,237.00 in professional fees ! Yet , the business by definition of its own law firm , some guy named mills , admits it’s a shell company with minimal to NO business.

$1,118,237.00 in professional fees , 4.8 billion shares issued in that filing in total !

And xu is nowhere to explain ?
