Just a quick follow up on your claim... Most here at IHUB would say that if a pinksheet or any stock for that matter is a scam, then the company would be selling shares, creating dilution.

As you can see here that is far from the truth, Here is the share structure from November 1 2020 compared to the share structure of Jan 1 of 2023... Notice they are the same and they are Transfer Agent Verified. With the exception of a little more then 20K shares going from Restricted to Held at DTC the numbers match So scam... nope wrong tree to be barking up:
