What's your point?

If you have a problem with what I posted, contact Bloomberg - it was their information.

I'm pretty sure they know what they're talking about.

I'm also pretty sure that "Pepsi, coke, Walmart... etc the entire market" aren't having their expansion plans blocked by China for potential data violations.

Consumers will still buy Pepsi, Coke and shop at Walmart during a recession. What they won't do is buy a lot of expensive brand new cars during a recession.

Especially ones plagued by dangerous mechanical/electrical issues. Especially ones being sold by a CEO who openly lambasted their personal and political values.

Sinkmeister's big mouth and his transphobic actions have alienated a large percentage of his customer base. It's likely many current Tesla owners would like to part ways with the company.

Discounts may help sales, but how much? Not enough to increase volume back to pre-Twitter levels. Tesla sales aren't only down in the U.S., but Australia, Japan, China and South Korea too.

And that's not something affecting "Pepsi, coke, Walmart... etc the entire market."
