He referenced two lawsuits. The Harrington lawsuit and NWBO. The Harrington lawsuit is WAYYYYY past first base, so I'd assume he is talking about NWBO.

Chiugray, after listening to the tube video, my understanding is any investor can go to the share intel site, type in your symbol and you will receive information regarding real shares failed to deliver, not what’s reported publicly. The reason for the discrepancy on fails is that the reporting trading company intentionally labels failed to deliver transactions as long positions.
We’ve also learned that this service provided by share intel will lead to great interest by potentially defrauded investors contacting their boards demanding they uphold their fiduciary responsibility to the company and engage firms like Christian to pursue. I’d imagine various Board of Director members will act on their own accord and utilize share intel.
We’ve also learned that the Christian firm is expecting so much work will be generated by Share Intel that Christian has engaged firms like Cohen Milstein to assist.
