I also would prefer an outright purchase because that will reward shareholders directly, whereas a merger or acquisition may not reward us little fishes but move forward due to the rewards structure for the company members. Thoughts?



Yes! Acquiring a company that has "revenue" is going to cost us little fish A LOT. The company might continue and those employed at Coretec would continue to be employed but shareholders would likely get a short straw. At minimum, after such an acquisition we'd have to wait (and hope) the newly formed business becomes profitable and the share price increases organically. Sounds like a lot of time, tired of waiting.
