Why hire one of the best law firms in the U.S. if the aim is to have them do nothing? And a new CPA/Auditing firm as well?

Why not just hire some fly by night legal firm and do the nothing that you're suggesting. I don't think Brett Rosen and RB Capitals, which has given CYBL about $6 million, would agree with your scenario.
