we know a couple of things…..he is certainly bankable, he could have launched his own “going private” bid at say, $4/share…he didn’t do that….he knows with certainty that the ruckus/expense/employee dislocation caused by Proxy contest will be used against the company (his investment) in its crucial EU negotiations…and yet chose now to launch …he has announced his plan. increase shareholder value….no advantage in being specific..

So you don't know his plan either but you can promise us we're wrong about it? You're going against your own premise by assuring us what his plan isn't, when you have no idea either.

JRoon, two things I do know. His plan includes getting us significantly above his cost. AMRN has had numerous plans and they have all ultimately failed, the latest being HealthNet. I can make a plan also. It's about execution, and without that, you have a mess. How do you think we got here in the first place? I will take Denner's unknown plans vs anything management tells me. A credible option vs fantasy. That's the choices.
