The deadline is Tuesday the 17th to file. If the filing date falls on a federal holiday where the markets are closed, the deadline is moved to the following day.

Companies can submit to the SEC over the weekend and have financials post on the OTC site the same day. I have seen that in the past, whether or not the SEC reviews it over the weekend is what I'm unsure of.
