My guess is the stock will sell off as soon as this buyout spec subsides.
There is no "buyout spec"!
The rise in value is just moving toward where it was BEFORE the buyout spec a few months ago. The price has been pushed down for a number of reasons, including the suit and the slow start due to Covid and a lousy market.
My expectation is that we'll be moving upward, then at some point we'll get the next "spec" and maybe an actual buyout.
Your "guess" is weighed by goals not shared by most people on this board.
Voclosporin remains the best treatment by far for LN now and for the foreseeable future. Nothing even comes close and won't for years, if ever. This stock is massively underpriced at 8 but that will most certainly change in the weeks ahead.
