Hey Jay, is “GH”JayHalpern going to miss the filing deadline and cause MAXD to be put down into the Expert Market ? The success ratio of companies exiting the EM is pretty damn dismal. You think “GH”JayHalpern will file before the SEC removes MAXD from pink sheets?

I would think bigger shareholders would then have a fairly decent action for damages against “GH”JayHalpern if this happens. Why would “GH”JayHalpern allow this to happen ?

And still no answer about my MAXD download I wanted to give away for Christmas gifts.

Why did Greg “GH”JayHalpern allow all of the above to happen ?
