thanks for the PM's insiders have to report transactions. Now would he have a family member who is not listed do buys in a corportion the family holds. That could be iffy.
I'm not sure what isi actually happening with the Spac's as the majors have all posted bear signals. The large capital players I think will lay low for now as there will be better buying times ahead. No need to pay those high premiums like they were.
