Denner will do a DCF ( discounted cash flow ) analysis once he knows the markets ( which EU countries reimburse and the terms of the HealthNet settlement and if it can be used against other US infringers )
He needs the remaining big 3 in the EU ( France , Spain and Italy ) to provide reimbursement ...negotiations currently underway .
So yes ...he definitely needs someone ( or several ) on the BOD .
