Nukem, I could not agree more. Both on the personnel for Italy and the Pay for Performance which I have long been an advocate for. You produce, you get paid handsomely. I can even take that to the arena of professional sports however, I won't start on that. I get very frustrated with the entitlement of a position to continue to be given large salaries, bonuses and awards of stock.
