Yep....audit and franchise are just BS as neither would have any effect on the share price, right? That's probably why Roger made such a big deal about them until he found out he was incapable of getting them done.
Meanwhile we are stuck with low volume and paint jobs. Good thing we have VWAP to tell the real story of the share price.
BS is the only thing supporting this mismanaged company.
