Nope, not at all. Denner has said on numerous occasions that a buyout is not his initial intention. I don't think he is interested in just flipping the company. His MO is to come in, improve the board, improve management, and improve the company, and THEN seek a buyout.

I'm not sure where everyone gets the idea that Denner is just here to flip his shares.
