What adds even more hilarity to PR's like the EUA, is the SS numbers.
I have saved one of your post of the SS that covers that Aug. of 21' time period.
The PR came out announcing the EUA, then the price spiked.
And upon the next set of updated SS numbers, we see that the OS had gone up during that time.
And of course, has never been near that spiked level ever since.
PLUS, almost a year later, he posts that " you cannot apply for such a status with the FDA without cut and dry documentation as to ownership".
WTF?
He post a PR announcing to the world, that they are preparing to apply for emergency use authorization for the use of something, that evidently had an issue of ownership?
But, no matter, the price went up and the shares got sold. So....moving on......
Gotta love this guy. Seems to me that he acts just like a Stinky Pinky CEO, but somehow manages to keep the Stink at bay. lol (With the minions anyway.)
