Even more interesting is trying to fit a square peg in a round hole trying to incorporate VWAP as it pertains to penny stocks. Like Bollinger Bands , etc they are useful tools but have little relevance to penny stocks.

When the close is almost always higher than the VWAP in pinkies it is because there is a lot of painting the tape at the end of the day. Thus the chart doesn't represent the true price of the stock....as is usually intended....and the VWAP is the only real indicator of the true stock price.
