none of the DD, and posts asserting there will be a monetary return post chapter 11 closing is relevant....why?....assertions about 35 billion dollars that belong to shareholders have no FORCE IN LAW.....it is just word fodder and back stream fishing....chapter 11 restructured assets after Creditors have been paid belong to the ongoing company, which is Wmih, now trading as coop.....Lodas
