Susan was charged to find this so called 35 billion dollars that you asserted was hidden from shareholders.... he, and his team did not find the 35 billion that you stipulate as hidden...only two things are possible... (1) it was never there to begin with.... (2) Susman got a payoff to lay off his probing from "biggies" who did want this money to be disclosed...your choice.... however, your post will not change anything, except to prolong the sensationalism on the message board.... I Thought $35 Billion Was Important.

That’s $35 Billion in WMI Non-Debtor Subs merged into WM Citation and H.S. Home Loan as documented in both Plan 6&7 Disclosure Statements.

The $33 Billion BK assets came from the 363&365 Sales and other WMI assets that paid off the $8 billion in Creditors claims.

$20.7 Billion was placed into Treasury
