IMHO this is not simply benign rules on not covering OTC companies.
I think this is more Big Pharma ordering big news outlets to stop covering NWBO.
Remember FOX news coverage back around 2013 if I remember correctly:

They have been completely silent on NWBO even though they said the would provide regular updates on progress. At least 3 different times over the years I have written emails to Martha and Dr. Siegel to ask why they haven't provided updates on NWBO and DCVAX . . . never any response whatsoever.
