Seems like a dinosaur requirement that betrays science. Similar to how running a pediatric trial as a requirement for approval in the UK doesn't make sense when older people are responding better because of higher tumor mutation burden. It's not impossible that pediatric glioma has a high tumor mutation burden, but some exceptions to these rules exist and the rules are hindering us.
