I can see that. I am hoping to see them update on the OTC .. We know they filed with Nevada state concerning the certificate. I don't know what specifics there are concerning that certificate though. I think I read somewhere that they have like a 90 day window to complete the effective date of the RS if I remember right. would love to see them update on the otc sooner rather than later. It is what it is. Hurry up and wait mode. lol
It never looks fantastic when filings are not kept tidy for sure. Remember when they waited until the last minute to file after the new rules went into effect? They seem to do things in their own sweet time but they have always come through in the end. Time will tell but like I have said so many times I don't believe they have any intentions of throwing in z towel. We all hope they follow through as they have in the past . I think they are doing a lot and lining up all of their ducks. I don't like the delay in their filing but in the same breath I am not getting any kind of vibe that something bad is in the works or gray market. I don't see any of that happening. I could be wrong but I don't think so.. Heck I could probably quit posting until we get some new news. We just keep speculating and that's how it's going to be until we get the filings.
