Yeah there is a lot of stuff that is just confusing and doesn't make common sense here. Why file at a dead time of the year with no PR? Whats the rest of the details?
And... why is this stock down in the crapper when they have what appears to be a good revenue stream with growth?

here is the conspiracy person again. well lets look on the outside here. we have basically a new company even though it is founded and profitable it is a new entity. someone is taking it down for what reson besides the profit motive i have esposed. The people involved are outside looking in at present and the short term is it is a cheap stock being influenced by outside forces. enticing isnt it? we as stock holers should recognise the fact this is a prime opportunity to get in cheap with a solid stock equity base and a kind of control we have given up. so we have a two headed monster and a powerful arguement as to what to do. in my case I have no choice as my portfolio was decimated by two other comapnies decimated in this way and I think it is a concept entered with this intent. If we as a group want to break this concept and get in with our investments at least with a chance of recouping in the long run. we must fight this new way of kingmaking by not only holding what we have but aggressivly buying what they offer at bargain prices. From the promissory notes included in the 8k part 10.33-5: the 3 sellers agreed that the buyer has enough cash or immediately available funds to satisfy all payments. It’s clearly a line of credit or other debt instrument issued by an institution. Diluting a stock is not ‘immediately available funds’ so that isn’t a worry. And we’ve seen the cash flows are strong enough to support payments. Other than that all is FUD. There is a reason everyone is getting taken to the cleaners, they don’t have patience. Anyway, Gltu.
